Freda
Namatovu Yoachael has over two decades of expertise as a seasoned financial
executive. She stands out in her field
with a rich skill set encompassing business and financial acumen, business
planning, financial oversight, leadership, and driving operational excellence.
Freda is a co-founder of Frontier Advisory Partners Limited, a distinguished
Ugandan independent management consulting firm.
Her
professional journey commenced at Ernst & Young in Uganda, where she honed
her craft in audit, accountancy, and management consultancy across diverse
sectors spanning Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and South Sudan.
Freda
is the Chairperson of the Board at the International Christian Chamber of
Commerce in Uganda. She plays a pivotal role in the organization's mission to
empower Christians to manifest the kingdom of God within their workplaces
through her extensive involvement in training and facilitating the Transformed
Working Life series, a key teaching resource of the ICCC.
Freda's
academic credentials include a Postgraduate degree in Leadership from
Southeastern University, USA, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
from Makerere University. She is recognized as a Fellow of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Member of the Institute of
Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).
Eseza Mulyagonja is a Business, Leadership, and Communication
Coach and Editor, with over 20 years of experience in communication,
leadership, and enterprise development.
She is especially passionate about raising leaders who will grow
thriving, resilient and agile businesses. Her professional background in
leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, and media, enables that. She is
the team lead at Audacious Consulting, a firm she started back in 2016 as a
writing coaching and editing firm that has since evolved to include business
and leadership coaching, training, and consulting.
Ms. Mulyagonja is a graduate of the Master of Arts in Leadership,
an MBA Entrepreneurship of the Makerere University Business School, she is also
an alum of the Oak Seed Executive Leadership Program of the Institute for
National Transformation where she was faculty for over seven years. She is a
member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team and is a certified trainer for
Business Network International (BNI).
A communication and media professional who holds a graduate diploma in
journalism and media management of the Uganda Management Institute, Ms.
Mulyagonja is a great storyteller. She has spent a significant length of her
career as a communication specialist for both local and international
non-profits and small enterprises.
Martin Katewu Opio is the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Yobel Biashara Initiative whose mission is to empower entrepreneurs and businesses that go beyond profit making. With over 11 years of experience in the field, Martin has established himself as a visionary leader and a driving force to register results in organizations, businesses and in governance.
Martin holds a Master's degree in Christian Leadership and Cultural Management from Heart International University, USA, post graduate diploma in Project planning and management, UMI, Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from Kyambogo University. He has undergone training in entrepreneurship and business under UNTCAD and Enterprise Uganda, Transformative Leadership at the National Leaders Institute, Kyankwanzi, Servant leadership at SALT institute, Monitoring and Evaluation at Lida Africa.
Prior to joining Yobel Biashara Initiative, Martin held various leadership positions at Uganda National Roads Authority, Uganda Jubilee Network, Inspire Synergy Africa, Canaan Agribusiness investments and Deepmind Agrinuer Uganda Ltd
Fred Gyavira Kyaka is the Director/East Africa Business
Lead for Abovax Health Ltd. A forester by profession, Fred has over 22 years’
experience working with global multinationals Lafarge, Coca-Cola, Shell, PSI
spanning areas of commercial leadership, business development, people
development and public health. He is passionate about developing leaders and
businesses, and has supported over 200 entrepreneurs clarify their value
propositions and marketing strategies under the Business Development Center.
Fred is an internally certified leadership
and business coach with The John Maxwell Team, Lead International, Regent
University Center for Entrepreneureship, and Insights Discovery. He loves
serving communities and is a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Kampala Central,
President of the Oakseeds Association that brings together alumni from the
Oakseed Executive Program from the Institute for National Transformation
Uganda. Past President of Namilyango College Old Boys Association (NACOBA) and
AIESEC.
In addition to Yobel Biashara, Fred serves on the Board of the Peregrine
Kibuuka Endowment Foundation, FMS Africa and has previously served on other
boards of SMEs plus Youth and Education institutions
